HAWAII ARMY NATIONAL GUARD
NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED: This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the National Guard. Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform. Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.
LOCATION: Army Aviation Support Facility 1 (AASF 1), Hawaii Army National Guard, Wheeler AAF, Hawaii
RECRUITMENT AREA: Present warrant officer (CW2 thru CW4) of the Hawaii Army National Guard

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The primary purpose of this position is to pilot a variety of aircraft in support of the AASF or AVCRAD logistical and operations missions.
Pilots a variety of fixed wing twin engine airplanes and or utility/cargo helicopters to transport passengers and cargo to and from a variety of points.
Performs maintenance operation checks (MOCs) on aircraft survivability equipment (ASE) on all assigned aircraft.
Maintain and Update AMPS planning systems for all assigned aircraft.
Performs duties as the Personnel Recovery Officer / COMSEC officer and other duties as assigned.

_GENERAL
Experience:_ Must be a rated pilot on flying status; be qualified in fixed or rotary winged aircraft and possess the flying time established. The following forms are required and must be submitted, along with your application, to validate

Experience:_ Must have at least 36 months of experience which included planning, coordinating and implementing the aviation projects.

_DESIRABLE:_ Must be Tactical Operations qualified.
_MILITARY TECHNICIAN COMPATIBILITY:_ Prior to placement in this position, the selected candidate must be assigned to any aviation unit supported by the facility in WO BR 15.
