1. Possess eighteen (18) months or more of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge to apply Nonappropriated Fund Recruitment & Placement concepts, principles, laws, regulations and practices. 2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated recruitment and staffing problems and issues. 3. Possess work experience creating and posting vacancy announcements as well as rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.). 4. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems. The experience and ability listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. Highly Preferred:
In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity and have successfully completed of training in Basic Staffing, Customer service, Organizational structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
