Possess eighteen (18) months of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge of at least two of the following functional human resources competencies:
Staffing & Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Training. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to no lower than the NF-04 pay band Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated Human Resources problems and issues. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems. Highly Preferred:
In addition to above minimum qualification requirements, applicants will possess twenty-four (24) months of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office and have completed training in Basic Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, Time Management, Personnel Management, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Accountability and Effective Communication Skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
